Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

Items must be in their original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.

For items marked as a gift at the time of purchase, a gift credit equivalent to the value of the return will be issued.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping for Returns

Returned products must be sent to:  Beirut, STARCO bldg. Block A, 6th Floor.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns. These costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on location.

Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
