Return Policy for MJM, an Online Jewellery Store in Lebanon

At MJM.LUXURY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the following return policy:

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the jewelry or items bought must be in the same condition that you received it or bought from our stores and must be examined upon return especially the diamonds and gemstones, and. Moreover, the jewelry/items have to contain a default for it to be eligible for a return.

Returns for no valid justification will strictly not be returned.

All bought diamonds must be returned with the relevant certificates in the same condition that you received it.
The item(s) must be returned within 14 days – 1 week of the delivery date.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@mjm.luxury or +96171006800 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Please include the RA# and a copy of your original invoice with the returned item(s).
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method and insure the package for the full value of the item(s) as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them, confirm the diamonds and process the exchange within 7 business days.

After you received your order and our team inspects the quality, we will issue an exchange of your original item with another item or the same item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team and specify the item you would like to exchange it for.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the new item(s) to you taking onto consideration if we should return you any amount or charge you and additional cost.
