Return and Exchange Policy for MJM.LUXURY
At MJM.LUXURY, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the terms outlined in this policy.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in its original condition, as received, without any signs of wear or damage.
Diamonds and gemstones will be inspected upon return to verify their condition.
The item must contain a manufacturing defect to qualify for a return.
Returns without a valid justification or for reasons unrelated to defects will not be accepted.
All diamonds must be accompanied by their original certificates and must be returned in the same condition.
The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Prepare the Return:
Include the RA# and a copy of your original invoice with the returned item(s).
Ensure all original packaging, documentation, and certificates are included.
Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.
Use a traceable shipping method and insure the package for its full value, as MJM.LUXURY is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
Inspection and Processing:
Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to verify their condition.
After inspection, an exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:
Contact our customer service team to specify the desired replacement item.
Once we receive the returned item, we will:
Inspect its condition.
Process the exchange and ship the new item.
Adjust any price difference by refunding or charging the balance.
